Tardiness Policy

• Start Time: Appointments are scheduled for a specific start time. Please be punctual.

• Grace Period: A 10-minute grace period is allowed.

• After 10 Minutes: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will be considered a no-show.

• No-Show Consequence: Your session will be canceled with no refund or rescheduling option.

• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
